Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 July 2026 · Effective from: 9 July 2026
AI outcomes notice: Computer vision, robotics and motion AI outcomes depend on environment conditions, sensor calibration, integration maturity and responsible governance. SynthMotion engineers perception and motion intelligence systems — deployment results vary by use case. We do not guarantee flawless autonomy, perfect digital humans or regulatory compliance. Metrics on this site are illustrative. We are not a web studio, training provider or generic IT outsourcing shop.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SynthMotion Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202529681K), a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 10 Pasir Panjang Road, #14-02, Mapletree Business City, Singapore 117438 ("SynthMotion", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing synthmotion.life or engaging our programmes and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
2. Services description
SynthMotion provides computer vision engineering, robotics AI integration, autonomous systems development, generative AI motion synthesis, digital human pipelines, motion intelligence programmes and related professional services. We are a specialised AI company — not a marketing agency, web design studio or generic IT outsourcing provider. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in separate statements of work, programme enrolment agreements or service contracts that supplement these Terms.
3. Website use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: (a) interfere with website security or functionality; (b) scrape content without permission; (c) misrepresent your affiliation with SynthMotion; (d) upload malicious code; or (e) use the website in violation of applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.
4. Enquiries and communications
Submitting a contact form does not create a binding contract. We will respond to enquiries within a reasonable timeframe but do not guarantee availability of specific programmes, services or timelines until a formal agreement is executed. Communications may be recorded for quality and training purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Programmes
Programme enrolment (SMX-101 through SMX-601) is subject to availability, prerequisite assessment and payment of stated fees in Singapore dollars (S$). Cancellation and rescheduling policies are provided at enrolment. Programme completion certificates indicate participation and assessed competency — they do not guarantee employment outcomes, deployment success or regulatory approvals. Materials provided during programmes are for participant use only and may not be redistributed without written consent.
6. Professional services
Service engagements — including vision discovery workshops, robotics sandbox provisioning, motion perception sprints, production deployment cutover, governance framework design and company success reviews — are governed by individual contracts specifying scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, fees and intellectual property arrangements. Where no separate contract exists, these Terms apply to the extent relevant.
7. Fees and payment
Fees quoted on our website are indicative and may change. Binding fees appear in invoices or contracts. Payment terms are net fourteen days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at rates permitted under Singapore law. We may suspend services for overdue accounts.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, SynthMotion retains ownership of pre-existing intellectual property, methodologies, frameworks and tools. Custom deliverables created under paid engagements are licensed or assigned as specified in the relevant contract. Client-provided data and materials remain the client's property. You grant us a licence to use client materials solely for delivering agreed services.
9. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information disclosed during engagements, using at least the same degree of care as for its own confidential information. Confidentiality obligations survive termination for three years, except for trade secrets and personal data governed by separate obligations.
10. Warranties and disclaimers
We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care by qualified personnel. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, SERVICES AND WEBSITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted website access, error-free operation, specific perception accuracy rates, flawless robotic autonomy or perfect digital human output.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, SynthMotion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss or business interruption. Our aggregate liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim, or S$10,000, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SynthMotion, its directors, officers and employees from claims arising from your misuse of our website, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights through materials you provide, or deployment of deliverables outside agreed specifications without our written approval.
13. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, utility failures or critical supplier outages, provided the affected party notifies the other promptly and uses reasonable efforts to mitigate impact.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
15. Dispute resolution
Parties shall attempt good-faith negotiation before initiating litigation. Where separate service agreements include arbitration clauses, those provisions prevail for disputes arising under those agreements.
16. Modifications
We may update these Terms by posting revisions on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes to active service contracts require mutual written agreement unless changes are required by law.
17. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
