Company origin and philosophy
SynthMotion was founded by robotics engineers and computer vision researchers who saw a gap between academic perception research and production deployment on Singapore factory floors, warehouse robotics lines and digital human product teams. We established our studio at Mapletree Business City along the Pasir Panjang tech corridor — a hub where maritime logistics innovation meets advanced manufacturing and embodied AI research.
Our philosophy centres on motion intelligence as a governed system: perception models must be calibrated for real environments, robotics integrations must respect safety constraints, and generative motion synthesis must operate within responsible AI frameworks. We believe the next generation of autonomous systems will be built by cross-functional teams who understand both the technical depth of computer vision and the operational realities of enterprise deployment.
